Just focus on doing Module 1 this week! Focus on each Module for a 7 Day period to get it in your bones! For maximum results do it Daily for 7 days. For Great results do it 4-6 Days. For Lesser results do it 1-2 times for 7 days.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M INJURED OR HAVING TROUBLES GETTING INTO CERTAIN POSTURES?
The point of this is to better understand and listen to your body. So be compassionate and listen to your body. You are your best Movement teacher. I'm not there to move you, so let your body be your guide. You'll notice the more you do this, the more your body will be receptive to the movements.
I'm having troubles with the meditations. I can't focus, or lose track of where we are.
That's OKAY! Keep doing the meditations, because they are getting ingrained into your unconscious mind. Even if you are not consciously making the connections, your unconscious is piecing together and helping you to integrate the wisdom from that module into your nervous system.
Why is there such little homework besides the movements and meditations?
This course is different than others you've taken. Most of us have an abundance of Information. Google is at your fingertips. I'm not going to give you MORE information than you need. This course is to help you INTEGRATE the content sections, and shift your nervous system towards more confidence, trust, strength, safety and power! NOT to give you more mental information.
I’m doing the movements, but having troubles receiving answers from my body. Am I doing it wrong?
Chances are you’re doing it all exactly correct! Many times it takes awhile to fire back up the neuronal connections linking your attention to your body, and for your body to send signals BACK to your brain. At some point, perhaps long ago, your brain stopped listening to the signals coming in from your body, so in turn, your body (nervous system) learns “well there’s no point in sending signals to the brain, because it’s not going to listen anyways.”…So you’re shaking off the rust, and beginning to reteach your brain proprioception.
